We are looking for an all-star Marketing lead to help drive and own our all-up marketing strategy.
This is a remote position but an option for in-person in our Ft. Lauderdale/Aventura office.
Ideal candidate is someone who has worked in SAAS AI startups or the veterinary/pet industry.

What will you be doing:

Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

Be responsible for identifying target customers and determining the best message to reach those customers .

Design and execute profitable marketing campaigns that attract the right customers across online channels (SEO, social, podcast, affiliate, influencer, email, conferences).

Develop the strategy to work with our social media manager to increase our presence.
- Including social media content on blog posts, case studies, and more.

Work with our Head of Business Development on the right veterinary conferences to sponsor and grow our brand (via merch, swag, booth design, etc)
- Travel to these conferences

Work with our Social media ads specialist to understand performance of Google ads, TikTok Ads, Meta ads, LinkedIn ads, etc. Setting an analytical environment of data capture and interpretation.

Leverage analytics tool to track and report on key metrics. CAC, Conversion, lead-to-customer, engagement, retention, revenue, spend, NPS, and much more. Know how and when to optimize for each metric and how to create dashboards to reflect these.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, tools, and competitive benchmarks to ensure our strategy remains innovative and effective.

While there is not a specific time commitment as project-based outcomes > time-based ones, there is a sense of urgency to iterate and deliver constantly.
Specifically for this role:
- 6+ Years of experience in leading marketing strategy all up for a company.
- Prior experience setting up systems, creating processes, and implementing marketing platforms is critical
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing, bonus points for within the vet industry
- Deep understanding of quantitative functions – acquisition, engagement, retention, lifecycle, and insights to drive ROI
- Is an excellent communicator and approachable person
- Proficiency with modern marketing platforms such as Analytics/BI (Google Analytics, Metabase), Email service providers (Mailchimp, Loops), Social Media, Content Marketing (SEMRush), Advertising and Retargeting (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Experience in working at a startup or small company is a plus
